Stuffed Salmon Recipe
The Stuffed Salmon recipe has been a lifesaver and takes 20 minutes to prepare for a family of four.
6 oz. salmon (never frozen)
2 tbs of butter
magic mike seafood spices
Preheat oven 400 degree. While the oven is heating this gives you time to start preparing your stuffing mix. Stuffed mix: Add spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese into a bowl and mix well. Set mix to the aside, we will get back to the mix after adding spices to your salmon. There is no special order when adding spices; however, we will add spices to the top coat of the salmon only. Cut a small pocket onto the sides of the salmons. Add stuffed mix into the pockets and seal with toothpicks. Heat medium sauce pan on medium to high heat before adding butter. Once butter is added and melted add salmon face down until golden brown and repeat on opposite side. Remove from sauce pan and add to baking pan for 5 - 10 minutes. Finish off with Parsley leaves and you're all done. Enjoy!
