Seafood Mac-n-Cheese recipe has been the most requested dish from my family to the neighbors who can smell it from the next block over
block cheese (Velveeta)
salt & black pepper
magic mike seafood spices
Boil 2 cups of water for pasta noodles of choice. While the water is boiling this gives you time to prep your shrimp scampi and langostino tails. Clean both shrimps and langoustine tails well then season with Mike's seafood season. Set aside shrimps and langoustine tails, we will get back to them after prepping cheese mix melt. There is no special order when adding cheese; however, we will add 1 cup of heavy whipping and 1/2 cup of milk to a pot on low to medium temp. Next, add a tsp of cream cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, 2 cups of cheddar cheese, and a half of block of Velveeta (cut in medium to small pieces) to the milk boil. While cheese mix is melting add noddles to the boiling water and to avoid noodles sticking to the pot add a tsp of salt. Don't forget about cheese melt mix stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Once noodles have boiled 5-7 minutes on high temp, drain water. Add noddles to baking pan with salt, pepper, and 2 eggs. Cheese mix should be completed melted and is ready to add to noodles. Remember those shrimp scampi and langostino tails we set aside? They're read to add to the mac-n-cheese. Once you have mixed on the ingredient in well, coat the top with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Broil Seafood Mac-n-Cheese on low until golden like the video & picture here. Finish off with Parsley leaves and you're all done. Enjoy!
